McNeil Consumer & Specialty Pharmaceuticals has voluntarily recalled all lots of three varieties of childrenâ€™s TYLENOL as a result of package information which "may be confusing and could lead to improper dosing, including over-dosing." The recall includes all lots and all flavors of Childrenâ€™s TYLENOL MeltAways 80 mg., Childrenâ€™s TYLENOL SoftChews 80 mg., and Junior TYLENOL MeltAways 160 mg.
