Dozen Employees Of A North County Nursing Home Are In Jail.

A dozen employees of a North County nursing home are in jail on suspicion of elder abuse.

The arrests were made at the Sun Bridge Care Facility in Escondido on Thursday. The suspects were reportedly caught on tape during a hidden-camera investigation at the facility in October.

Involved Employees At The Facility.

Employees at the facility who were involved were allegedly skipping routine care for an elderly patient and failed to take precautions to protect her from bedsores.

Ten of the suspects also face charges of falsifying medical records.
