Study Reports Errors Made By Duke DoctorsJul 2, 2003 | rdu.news14.com A study by Duke doctors reports errors in the prescriptions given to nearly a quarter of all heart patients admitted to Duke University Medical Center between 1995 and 2000.
The hospital is taking a closer look at operating procedures after the death of Jesica Santillan in February. The 17-year old died after a botched double transplant.
