Ms. Richman is a seasoned litigator whose practice centers on mass torts, products liability, and class action litigation related to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, industrial products, consumer products, and sporting goods. In addition to extensive experience in litigation management, motion practice, and oral argument throughout the case life cycle at the trial level, Ms. Richman also has accumulated significant experience practicing at the appellate level before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits. Ms. Richman began her practice with twelve years as defense counsel at a century-old large, multidisciplinary firm in Philadelphia, spent a sojourn as sole in-house counsel for a technology startup company in Las Vegas and Silicon Valley, and spent four years competing as an undefeated amateur boxer and mixed martial arts fighter. Ms. Richman brings a wealth of experience and a passion for fighting for the underdog to her practice at Parker Waichman.
