June 1st, 2012 tmccoy
Individuals and businesses who suffered economic or medical losses due to the April 2010 BP Gulf of Mexico oil spill may be eligible to participate in a court supervised class action lawsuit settlement that resolves certain economic loss, property damage, and medical claims related to the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
The BP oil spill settlement was tentatively approved in May 2012 by U.S. District Judge Carl Barbier. No cap has been placed on either facet of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill settlement, though BP said it expects to spend at least $7.8 billion funding the agreement.
We are here to answer questions and provide assistance to any business or individual seeking to file a claim for economic and/or medical damages with the Deepwater Horizon Court Supervised Settlement Program.
