Holding Manufacturers Responsible for Harmful Products
October 28th, 2011 admin
On an almost daily basis, I speak with an injured client who cannot understand how things ended up the way they did. Whether it’s the medication that caused more harm than good or the implanted device that led to additional injuries – I often find myself in the challenging position of trying to understand my client’s unfortunate circumstance.
While I know that whatever I do as my client’s Attorney, it will never completely take away the harm that was caused, at the end of the day, my job is to provide each of my clients with a strong sense of security and confidence. It would be unethical to promise a certain amount of dollars in settlement or a guaranteed verdict. But what I can do, though, is to ensure that no stone goes unturned in attempting to hold manufacturers of a harmful product responsible for the injuries it’s caused.
