If you’ve been injured in an accident, most people know the first steps you need to take. Seeking medical attention is step number one, as your health is the most important. After that you want to report the incident to authorities and bring forth any witnesses to help you with your claim.

What we look at first is the accident scene to see if we can show physically how you were harmed. Is there actual damage to the sidewalk that can be seen and reported?
