An officer’s precinct continued to have an area that flooded constantly causing a very hazardous workplace. Our client stated that the precinct failed to fix the issue each time.
The police officer slipped in a puddle of water causing devastating injuries and a loss of career, as he could no longer work. A career ended over a simple, easy to prevent accident.
