Matthew J. McCauley, (Senior Litigation Counsel), born New York, New York. Professional Experience: Prior to joining Parker Waichman LLP, Mr. McCauley completed a clerkship in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and then defended manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical devices for next seven years. Mr. McCauley is currently a Town Prosecutor for the Town of Mamaroneck in Westchester County and a NYS Paramedic for more than 20 years. Prior to practicing law, Mr. McCauley was a New York City Police Officer and during law school completed an externship with the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York in the Terrorism Prosecution Division.
