McCauley, Matthew J. - Senior Litigation Counsel
Born Yonkers, New York. Admitted to bar: 2001, New York, Massachusetts and District of Columbia; 2003; U.S. District Court, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York.
Education:Iona College (B.S., 1992); Pace University School of Law (J.D., 2001).
Professional Experience:Prior to joining Parker Waichman, Mr. McCauley completed a clerkship in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and then defended manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical devices for next seven years. Mr. McCauley is currently a Town Prosecutor for the Town of Mamaroneck in Westchester County and a NYS Paramedic for more than 20 years. Prior to practicing law, Mr. McCauley was a New York City Police Officer and during law school completed an externship with the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York in the Terrorism Prosecution Division.
