Attorney Bill Dubanevich of Parker Waichman how the government gets involved in the safety of chemicals found in your home.

The government passed a bill over 30 years ago in which the manufacturer of a product will be tasked with regulating new and existing chemicals on the market. However, this bill does not make room for companies that would skip testing phases or research to get their products out earlier. These companies need to be making sure that their products don't cause toxicity in humans and pose any danger. Nearly 80,000 new products are put on the market every year. How can we possibly believe that each product is carefully tested and put out to consumers with our safety in mind? Watch this video now to learn more.

To learn more about environmental law, I encourage you to watch the video above and to explore our educational website at ENVIRONMENT / TOXIC SUBSTANCES. If you have legal questions, I want you to call me at (800) 800-9797. I welcome your call.
