Fatal Accident in New York City

New York City- A news report published on greekreporter.com states that a young businessman was tragically killed in a car accident last Friday. The victim, a 25-year-old man, what is involved in an accident at approximately 12:30 PM last Friday.

According to the news report, the man’s car was being operated by his friend while he sat in the front passenger seat. The report states that the vehicle was involved in a collision with a tractor-trailer truck. The NYPD is currently investigating the cause of the fatal motor vehicle accident.

The fatal accident is the second collision to take the life of an individual from the Greek American community. The community continues to mourn the loss of a 43-year-old police officer who is directing traffic on the Long Island Expressway in Queens, New York, when he was struck and killed by a motor vehicle. The Driver in that accident was identified as a 32-year-old woman from Hempstead, New York. She has been charged with reckless endangerment, vehicle or manslaughter, and driving while intoxicated.
