
Motorcyclist hit
MANHATTAN, NY – June 16, 2020 – According to an online news article posted on Nydailynews.com, police are investigating an accident between a car and a motorcycle on St. Nicholas Avenue close to West 192nd Street in Manhattan, New York, on Sunday, June 14, 2020. The motorcyclist sustained injuries when an SUV performed a U-turn and struck the motorcyclist. The accident occurred in Manhattan. The driver of the SUV pulled a U-turn on Hudson Heights Street and then struck a motorcyclist on Sunday afternoon, according to police.
The motorcyclist, a 35-year-old man, was traveling southbound on St. Nicholas Avenue when an Acura SUV pulled an unsafe U-turn and pulled into the motorcyclist’s path at approximately 4:30 p.m. The motorcyclist hit the SUV door and was severely injured, cops said. The motorcyclist was transported to the Harlem Hospital, and the motorcyclist was in critical condition. The driver of the SUV remained on the accident scene until law enforcement arrived in order to give a report. Law enforcement is investigating the motorcycle accident.
