MATTHEW H. BRUCK IS AN ATTORNEY AND THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF PARKER WAICHMAN LLP
As Chief Operating Officer of Parker Waichman, Matt leads operations and business affairs for the firm, including marketing, technology and human resources. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience to the role.
Prior to joining Parker Waichman in 2020, Matt ran a series of rapidly-growing businesses, including a billion-dollar asset management firm, a global education provider and a national events/marketing company. He has also co-founded several startups, including a music matching app acquired by Microsoft and a social network built around tasting events. Mr. Bruck began his professional career at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where he worked primarily on labor racketeering cases.
Mr. Bruck currently also serves as Chief Strategy Officer of SmartAdvocate, Partner of Eaters Drinkers LLC and advisor to several emerging brands.
Mr. Bruck has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, a Master of Business Administration degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School and a Juris Doctorate degree from Boston University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
