Lexus Crashed Through The Front Window
The gray Lexus RX 350 crashed through the front window of the bank branch inside a parking lot in Flatlands just after 9:15. The crash scattered glass all over the floor near the ATM machines, the New York Post reports. The front end of the car ended up inside the bank.
A caller told a 911 operator that the truck went through the building on Ralph Avenue near Flatlands Avenue, and hit people, according to an FDNY spokesperson. Three people refused medical attention at the scene.
Luz Blas, who works in nearby office said, “We heard a loud bang,” according to the Post. Police officers and the fire department came to the scene.
The driver of the Lexus and a passenger in the car refused comment on the crash. No arrests were made.
