A Kentucky business has been shut down after it was discovered that people inoculated there began developing infections and other health complications. Location Vaccination, based in Mount Sterling, KY, has been inoculation people at their businesses since September 1st of 2018. These vaccinations were for protection against hepatitis A, seasonal diseases like the flu, and other common diseases preventable with vaccination.
Unfortunately, following some of these vaccinations, people began to develop a variety of symptoms typically associated with improper injection, and in the early months of 2019 the Kentucky Department of Health shut down Location Vaccination.
Despite closing the doors of Location Vaccination, the Kentucky Department of Health made it clear that the cause of these infections was not related to the vaccines. Fox News interviewed the Kentucky Public Health Commissioner, Dr. Jeff Howard, who stated that the infections and other side effects are more likely linked to Location Vaccination’s inadequate storage and handling of the vaccine than a side effect of vaccination.
A Kentucky’s Cabinet member for Health and Family Services, Doug Hogan, agreed that the vaccines were safe, putting forth his opinion that the “problem appears to have been in some part(s) of how the shot/vaccine was prepared and/or given.” Again confirming that Location Vaccination was the real culprit.
Some of the complications arising from the mismanagement of Location Vaccination include infections, redness, pain, tenderness, swelling, and the development of hard lumps, or nodules, at the injection site. Worse still, because of these complications, the vaccine may not have been able to take full effect.
