DuPont spokesman Clif Webb says company officials are confident they didn’t violate the law.
Company Says The Chemical Pose No Risk
The Delaware-based company says the chemical poses no risk to human health at the levels so far detected.
Residents of southeast Ohio and West Virginia are suing Dupont claiming their drinking water is contaminated by C-8 from its plant in Parkersburg, W. Va.
