The other lawsuit was filed in January by James Duffy against Boys Town. Both Duffy and John Doe claim repressed memories of the alleged abuse by Wolf and Kelly only resurfaced in the last year.

Boys and Girls Town, as Boys Town is now known, is conducting its own investigation into the allegations. In the meantime, Boys Town spokesman John Melingagio said the men’s claims are unfounded.

Kelly on Tuesday denied the allegations from his Carson City, Nev., home.
