One of the leading dangers that motorcyclists face is having another car make a left turn in front of them. Left turns are dangerous, and when drivers are waiting for an opportunity to make left, they somehow manage to frequently overlook motorcycles that are heading straight through the intersections. The result can be deadly. To avoid such an incident, motorcyclists should be alert when approaching an intersection and prepare themselves for slowing or braking to a stop if a car decides to cut them off.
