About 84,000 Folding Director’s Chairs sold at Lowe’s Stores have been recalled because of a <"https://www.yourlawyer.com/practice_areas/product_liability">fall hazard. The recalled Folding Director’s Chairs were made by White Tiger Traders Co. Ltd, of Taiwan and imported by L G Sourcing Inc., of North Wilkesboro, N.C.
According to the recall notice, back supports on these chairs can break, posing a fall hazard to consumers. Loweâ€™s and White Tiger have received 10 reports of chairs breaking. No injuries have been reported.
This recall, which is being conducted by White Tiger, involves red and blue folding directorâ€™s chairs with white frames. â€œGarden Treasuresâ€ is printed on the chairâ€™s packaging. They were sold at Loweâ€™s stores nationwide from June 2009 through July 2009 for about $40.
