Adventure Playsets: 240,000 Units
The fort section’s wood posts can weaken due to rotting, posing a fall hazard. At the time of the recall, Adventure Playsets received more than 500 complaints reporting concern over the weakened wood in the 2×4 plastic-coated uprights. Pacific Cycle Dartmouth Swing Sets: 5,000 Units

The glider lacks a transition platform on the chute’s top and sides, causing children to fall when moving from the ladder to the slide and when descending the chute.
