Adventure Playsets: 240,000 Units
The fort section’s wood posts can weaken due to rotting, posing a fall hazard. At the time of the recall, Adventure Playsets received more than 500 complaints reporting concern over the weakened wood in the 2×4 plastic-coated uprights. Pacific Cycle Dartmouth Swing Sets: 5,000 Units
The sets can crack or split prematurely, posing a fall hazard. Pacific Cycle received five reports of the seats breaking during use, including reports of minor injuries involving bruises and scrapes. The original press release can be accessed here.
Slalom Glider: 900 Units
The glider lacks a transition platform on the chute’s top and sides, causing children to fall when moving from the ladder to the slide and when descending the chute. The CPSC and the firm received 16 reports of injuries to children under 8-years of age: One bruised arm, 14 fractures to arms and legs, one fractured collar bone, and one bruised spleen. Uni-O Portable LP Gas Grills: 4,530 Units

Westinghouse Ceiling Fans: 7,000 Units
Both 60-watt light bulbs included with the fans exceed the fans’ maximum wattage, which can cause the fans to overheat or fail, posing fire and shock hazards. At the time of the release, no incidents or injuries were reported. The release can be accessed here.
Pourable Gel Fuel: 2.5 million Bottles
This involved an array of recalls. The pourable gel fuel can ignite unexpectedly and splatter onto people and objects nearby when poured into a firepot that is still burning. This hazard can occur if the consumer does not see the flame or un aware the firepot is still ignited, which poses fire and burn risks that can be fatal. Kiddieland Toys Fairies Plastic Racing Trikes: 12,000 Units
Plastic fairy figures protrude from the top of the handle bar, posing a laceration hazard if a child falls on them. CPSC and Kiddieland have received one report of a 3-year-old girl who suffered a facial laceration near her right eye. The release can be accessed here.
Build-A-Bear Swimwear Set With Inflatable Inner Tube: 19,720 Units
The inner tube accessory can be pulled over a small child’s head, posing a strangulation hazard. Build-A-Bear received one report of an incident in which a 3-year-old girl pulled the inner tube over her head and had difficulty removing it, according to the release, which can be accessed here.
American Honda Grass Trimmers: 14,000 Units
The shaft can crack and cause the lower gear case and cutting attachment to detach, posing a laceration hazard to the operator and bystanders. Honda is aware of 11 incidents of broken or cracked shafts. The release can be accessed here.
