
Kozy Shack Recalls Pudding Due to Potential Egg-Allergy Risk
According to a recall notice posted on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) website, a recall was issued for one lot of Kozy Shack Indulgent Recipe Pudding in a Salted Caramel sleeve. The recall was issued because the product may contain Vanilla Bean Pudding cups, which have egg as an ingredient. This can lead to a life-threatening allergic reaction in people who are allergic to eggs. The recalled pudding was distributed to the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Idaho, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Nevada, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia and Washington.
