ATLANTA – A news report posted on Fox5Atlanta.com states that Family Dollar is recalling more than 400 self-care products and medications. The voluntary recall affected personal care products and medications include popular products such as Sensodyne toothpaste, DayQuil, Alka-Seltzer Plus, many more. Family Dollar administered the national recall after certain inventory was shipped to retail stores after being improperly stored. The Food and Drug Administration stated that the affected products were stored outside labeled temperature conditions.
According to the news report, the recalled products were shipped to retailed stores from May 1, 2022 until June 10, 2022. If you have any of the recalled products on Family Dollar’s recall list between May 1, 2022 and June 10, 2022. You should not use the products and return them to a Family Dollar retail store. No receipt is required to receive a full refund. Customers may also visit the retailer’s website for additional information.
