New York’s Lavern’s Law Aids Victims of Cancer Misdiagnosis
The New York Legislature has passed a bill, which, if signed into law by Goveror Andrew Cuomo, will create a bigger window for filing medical malpractice cases involving cancer misdiagnosis.
