BROOKLYN, NY – According to a news report on dailyvoice.com, a 20-year-old man was severely injured in an accident while riding his motorcycle on an entrance ramp to a parkway in Westchester County. According to the news report, the motorcyclist fell over 27 feet and onto the street below.
The 20-year-old man is from West Hazelton, Pennsylvania. He was transported by ambulance to the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. According to the report, the motorcycle accident occurred at around 11 PM and on the Cross County Parkway entrance ramp.
He remains in critical condition on Monday, April 19, O’Leary said.
The motorcyclist was traveling from the Bronx River Parkway onto the eastbound Cross County in Westchester County. The Yonkers Police Department, Empress Ambulance Service, and Yonkers Fire Department responded to the accident. The entrance ramps to the eastbound Cross County Parkway were shut down as the motor accident investigation was conducted.
