BROOKLYN, NY – According to an online news report from NYPost.com, a serious three-vehicle accident involving an MTA bus occurred in Brooklyn, New York. The news report states that a Lexus RX 300 and a Mercury Grand Marquis crashed with an MTA bus at approximately 1:45 p.m., according to the FDNY. The multi-vehicle accident occurred at Utica Avenue and Clarendon Road in East Flatbush, New York.
The news story described the damage caused to the front end of blue Grand Marquis, stating the damage was significant damage, and the car’s windshield was crushed and pushed in, and there were pools of blood on the passenger side, front seat. A BP gas station manager who was an eyewitness to the collision stated that he witnessed the collision unfold and that he heard people screaming. He stated that he watched the blue Grand Marquis spin after the collision and that bystanders rushed to the driver in the blue Grand Marquis because the drive appeared the most injured.
