Fatal truck accident
According to a news report post on NYDailyNews.com, a Ford Mustang GT was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident at the corner of Sixth Avenue and 34th Street. The accident involved a 2017 Western Star tractor-trailer truck and the victim’s 2015 Ford Mustang GT. According to the new report, the victim’s Ford Mustang was traveling along Sixth Avenue in a northbound direction at about 8 a.m., the tractor-trailer truck heading eastbound on 34th Street hit the Ford Mustang.
The driver of the Ford Mustang, a 60-year-old man from Manhattan, was killed. The victim’s passenger, a 57-year-old passenger female, was transported to Bellevue Hospital. The victim’s passenger has been listed as being in stable condition.
The tractor-trailer truck driver, a 33-year-old man, remained at the scene of the fatal accident and spoke with police. The police officers at the scene stated that the investigation would continue for several days, and a final report will be made available.
