Guardsmark Investigation

Guardsmark provides security services to companies in the financial, health care, transportation, utility, and other industries. ‘Guardsmark’ offers security guards, private investigation, and drug testing services. In addition, the company conducts background checks (employment, education, and criminal history) and consults with architects and builders to design security programs.

Current and former Guardsmark security employees may be able to obtain compensation if it is found that the company voilated federal and New York labor laws by failing to record and pay security guards minimum wages, wages for all hours worked and overtime wages.
