The lawsuit, filed in Common Pleas Court in Greensburg

The lawsuit, filed in Common Pleas Court in Greensburg, stated that the bronchoscope used was found to have a loose valve that allowed a dangerous bacteria, pseudomonas, to form in a pocket where it could not be reached by sterilization equipment.

Some doctors said the bacteria, pseudomonas, can be deadly to people with suppressed immune systems. But this kind of disease is now being followed by scientists and medical experts.
