Herman Badillo Joined Parker Waichman LLP. Herman Badillo, a prominent New York City politician and the first native Puerto Rican ever elected to the United States House of Representatives, has joined the New York office of Parker Waichman LLP. Mr. Badillo, who will join the firm as Senior Counsel in mid-January, is expected to oversee client development and litigation matters.
In addition to representing the Bronx in Congress for three terms, Mr. Badilllo also served as Bronx Borough President, Deputy Mayor to Ed Koch, Special Counsel in the Giuliani Administration and Chairman of the CUNY Board of Trustees.
